Saqib Khan
Project and Delivery Manager
Saqib Khan is an experienced technology and project delivery leader with more than 24 years of experience across IT, infrastructure, banking, smart mobility and complex technology programs. He brings a strong combination of technical expertise, commercial understanding and hands-on delivery leadership to complex parking and mobility projects.
As the Project and Delivery Manager at Duncan Solutions, Saqib leads the delivery of large-scale smart parking and technology projects for government and local government customers. His experience spans the end-to-end deployment of parking infrastructure, including smart parking meters, virtual meters, parking management platforms, payment solutions, enforcement systems and complex third-party integrations.
Saqib has extensive experience delivering projects across hardware, software, cloud, infrastructure and system integration environments, working closely with customers, engineering teams, technology partners and field operations to deliver solutions from initial design through deployment and operational handover.
Prior to joining Duncan Solutions, Saqib spent more than 11 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he held senior portfolio and project management roles. This experience provided him with deep expertise in financial technology, merchant acquiring, payment infrastructure, security and enterprise integration, which he brings to parking payment and transaction-related projects.
His broader delivery experience includes civil and site works, traffic management, regulatory approvals, WHS and environmental compliance, as well as complex API and data integrations across parking, enforcement, GIS and payment ecosystems.
Saqib holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bahria University. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and holds Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
Saqib is passionate about delivering technology solutions that are practical, scalable and customer-focused, with a particular focus on improving delivery outcomes and helping councils achieve smarter, more efficient and sustainable parking operations.
